Kendron earned his Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University, where he played college football and regularly participated in team stretches with teammates. Fitness has been a huge part of his life for years, bringing significant benefits to his body and well-being. This personal transformation drives him to help others live comfortably and fully, starting with the wellness that comes through fitness.
Grace is a certified personal trainer who earned her diploma from the International Sports Science Association. She is deeply dedicated to strength training and continuously works on becoming stronger in the gym. Grace aspires to become a bikini bodybuilding model in the future. With a strong passion for fitness, she is committed to helping others become the best versions of themselves physically and mentally.
Kirsten Walden is a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Frostburg State University. She previously worked as a plastic surgery nurse, giving her a strong foundation in anatomy and personalized care. A lifelong athlete through marathon running and resistance training, Kirsten is passionate about helping active adults move better, feel their best, and reach their wellness goals.
Brooks is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland, College Park. He is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is a Certified Stretch Therapist (CST). With skills in fitness training and programming, Brooks is passionate about helping others build strength, recover from injury, and improve overall health and confidence.
McKaylie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a junior at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, pursuing a degree in Exercise Science with a Pre-Physical Therapy focus. She is a current ROTC cadet and has been working as a personal trainer and stretch technician for under a year. McKalie is passionate about helping others move better and feel stronger.
Olivia is a certified personal trainer with diplomas from the International Sports Sciences Association and the American Council on Exercise. She served in the military for three years as an honor guardsman and military police officer. Olivia is passionate about helping others live healthier, purpose-driven lives—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
